MeiG SLM500Q is a 4G LTE cellular module that can be applied in various areas such as international POS, logistics terminals, VR Camera, intelligent robots, video recorder, automotive equipment, intelligent information acquisition devices. SLM500Q is developed on Qualcomm 200 series QCM2150 solution. Its CPU adopts 28nm FinFET process, with 64bit ARM and quad-core A53 (4*1.3GHz), supports Decode/Encode up to 1080P@30fps, H.264, HD+ screen resolution and covers dual ISP cameras. SLM500Q is equipped with Android 10.0 OS, supports 1GB+8GB board memory (compatible with 2GB+16GB/3GB+32GB）It also supports LTE Cat4, up to 150Mbps DL rate.

SLM500Q integrates multi-constellation GNSS receiver, to meet quick and precise locating needs in different environments and cover all networks. SLM500Q also supports functions including voice, message, address books, 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi、BT、GPS, and supports dual 8m 3D video or depth of field photo taking.
